Bug Description
Really a minor issue only filing in case it reflects some other more imprtant break
To test:
Open 2 windows of an app, then click on launcher icon to go to spread
When the cursor moves on & then off the windows the decoration will disappear, either in whole or part
Also using the current proposed compiz - 0.9.6+bzr201109

the issue was a compiz one and fixed with an update
