Bug Description

debootstrap allows for specification of additional mirrors, which is very useful when one is building images hosting software that's not in the ubuntu repos.
A similar option would be handy for vmbuilder as well.

I've currently testing an implementation of this feature. I'll propose a merge when I'm done.

I also work on a flag for "proposed" and one "backport".

They work like "update"
