Bug Description
Currently, the device_type .conf filename must match the board name used by lmc. For instance, for snowball boards, the device_type file must be called snowball-sd.conf. This could run into problems later if we have two different classes of boards that have the same board type, but need to be scheduled separately. For instance, snowball-v2 and snowball-v3. This should be a config option in the device_type config, not the name of the file.
