apport-collect submission info window is uselessly small & unresizable

I used apport-collect to submit extra information after changing the package of a bug which was reported using apport.

apport-collect tried to show me what information it was submitting. It did so using a window which left about one line for the information (in a scrollable pane). Nor was it possible to increase the size of the window.

It's some sort of initialization problem. If you hide and then expand the "Content of the report" (by clicking on that label, twice), the window expands to a sensible size & the window becomes resizable.
