Unity window management is broken

When opening a new LibreOffice document from the LibreOffice main menu, it's not displayed correctly. It's not in the ALT+TAB menu and the window controls are missing. It does have two titlebars though. See screenshot.
xCHM behaves incorrectly, too. After showing the desktop (SUPER+D) the window can't be controlled anymore, until another window is brought iin front of it.

I really hope this stuff gets fixed before the final release, it feels like a pre-alpha. Oh, wait...
