Bug Description

1. I have the Orca screen reader enabled at the moment.
2. I'm suffering from Bug #876406: Orca is not really functional on my system at the moment, because no speech synthesizer is installed.

I'm not sure what might have caused this crash. If it helps, I think the only apps I had open (other than Orca) was Firefox and gnome-terminal.

Thank you for your report!

However, processing it in order to get sufficient information for the
developers failed (it does not generate an useful symbolic stack trace). This
might be caused by some outdated packages which were installed on your system
at the time of the report:

tzdata version 2011k-1 required, but 2011l-0ubuntu0.11.10 is available
at-spi2-core version 2.2.0-0ubuntu1 required, but 2.2.1-0ubuntu1 is available
outdated debug symbol package for at-spi2-core: package version 2.2.1-0ubuntu1 dbgsym version 2.2.0-0ubuntu1
libatspi2.0-0 version 2.2.0-0ubuntu1 required, but 2.2.1-0ubuntu1 is available
outdated debug symbol package for libatspi2.0-0: package version 2.2.1-0ubuntu1 dbgsym version 2.2.0-0ubuntu1

Please upgrade your system to the latest package versions. If you still
encounter the crash, please file a new report.

Thank you for your understanding, and sorry for the inconvenience!

The similar crash in saucy was fixed in bug #1037357.

The trace service couldn't process this original report in order to get sufficient information for the developers because of outdated packages.
