Bug Description
if a user goes to play an MPEG-2 with Totem (2.17.92) they will get the message:

"The playback of this movie requires a MPEG-2 System Stream demuxer plugin which is not installed."

On a freshly installed (Ubuntu) system if a user goes to play an MPEG-2 file they will get the message:
"The playback of this movie requires a MPEG-2 System Stream demuxer plugin which is not installed."
But the package required (gstreamer0.

Five minutes later, after installing "GStreamer ffmpeg video plugin" I cannot reproduce this bug. Could someone else try this on a fresh system?
