OP can you still confirm this issue with the latest Midori?

If so, can you post your Midori and Webkit versions?

Can you try? (latest midori in Debian is not the latest upstream for waf
reasons, but it might give an idea).

I confirm this bug on Midori 0.5.11-2 on Debian GNU/Linux.

As has been reported on <https://bugs.debian.org/cgi-bin/bugreport.cgi?bug=645519#42>, when the link has target="_blank" and you click it with the middle mouse button (or with CTRL-<left mouse button>), the new tab correctly inherits the history of the old tab and you can go back to the page you were before. However, clicking the link with the left mouse button opens a new tab that doesn't inherit the history of the old tab.
