Bug Description
KDE has the options to suspend and hibernate, but not to shutdown. I have to logoff first. When I open a terminal instead, and type shutdown -now, it will shutdown, but not totally. This was not an issue before the system upgrade.

Sounds like a core system bug, not a gfx driver issue.
