I also see this behavior under Ubuntu 12.04 with Unity but not under Cinnamon.

does this ever occur in trusty or later?

I'm not exactly sure what you are describing here. Can you explain in more detail or attach a screenshot or something like that?

Sorry all ,
its old bug and forgot about it .
not read this e-mail acount lots.

The bug came probably from the amd-proccesor and not sure anymore.
But is a know bug for other isseus i thought i read later on.
I forgot to tell here to close topic ,my faulth sorry.
Not realy good in writing so i not sent any reports ...
