Bug Description

The Compiz "Scale" does not work when I set Screen Edge binding.
Compiz 1:0.9.6+bzr20110929-0ubuntu3 on Ubuntu 11.10

I can confirm this bug, although the binding seems to work for some time, than stops. Going back to the settings in ccsm, the binding is still defined, but I have to define another, and back before it works again (at least until it stops working again)

No, this bug may not be a duplicate of #843397. In my case, the binding is even not effective right after being set (not need to wait for rebooting).
