Bug Description
Synaptic Package Manager does not integrate with Unity.
When performing package changes, SPM cannot be minimized, and the menu is inaccessible. The change dialog is also not visible in the Unity menu.
SPM's menu is not in the global menu location, and is retained as part of the main window.
