Bug Description
Thunderbird / Lightning not an option for calendar in "Systems Settings" -> "System Info" -> "Default Applications". The only option is gedit.
When I open the indicator-calendar applet, and click on "open calendar", the error message indicates that it tried to start Evolution, which is not installed on my system.
Both Lightning and "Messaging Menu for Unity Launcher Integration" thunderbitd add-ons are installed via Ubuntu packages. Also, the calendar widget doesn't seem to be picking up my calendar-
