Bug Description
tar4ibd_symlink.sh and ib_stream_tar.sh fail sporadically in Jenkins. Could not repeat that locally by running the suite in a loop for several hours on both Mac and Linux.

Was a result of the new streaming code in the parallel compression tree. Fixed.
