Bug Description
Steps to reproduce:
1) Boot computer with 11.10 installed (bug does not appear on 11.04). Login, etc.
2) Open any application in fullscreen (I use Firefox)
3) Attempt to get Unity sidebar to show by moving cursor to the left margin of the screen. Sidebar does not appear.
This makes it difficult to switch apps easily while using an application in fullscreen. To fix, the user can run "compiz --replace &" from terminal, but this is inconvenient. Please fix. Thanks.

the issue was in compiz and is fixed already in the proposed oneiric-proposed repository.
