user larger font for empty folder

Bug Description
For the empty folder message, we should use a font size that is slightly larger than default with the pango markup size="larger"

What about having a pretty welcome screen type shelf look, like the "Folder does not exist" screen, Dexter's "Get some friends" screen, etc?
