In downloads, Chinese is special

 "下载 Ubuntu" , my hanzi is rusty, but I think it's "Download Ubuntu".

Is this a mistake? While I love i18n, I'm not sure this is the right way. ZH, but not ES, and PT, and ...? A single language choice seems orthogonal to that list, "windows, alternative, CDs, upgrade".

Other than other languages (which are part included in Ubuntu and can be selected on install), Ubuntu Kylin is a separate download.

- As this page is in English, it makes sense to have the section in English too - to make sure this is clear to all users. Can we change the copy on this section to:

Ubuntu - Chinese version
Just insert a blank disc or U disk, and you can download and install UbuntuKylin 13.04/Ubuntu 12.04 LTS desktop operating system. If you download UbuntuKylin you can replace your current operating system whether it’s Windows or Mac OS, or, run Ubuntu alongside it.

- The link at the bottom can remain "Ubuntu中文版本 ›" to indicate it leads to a Chinese page

- Can we move the Chinese download page (http://www.ubuntu.com/download/desktop/zh-CN) up one step in the IA, so instead of a child of the desktop page, it will become a sibling?

- Can we change the name in the navigation from "Ubuntu 桌面版 12.04 LTS" to "UbuntuKylin 桌面版"? (The page title can stay as it is now.)
