Bug Description
dragging a complicated window i.e. firefox over other windows i.e. thunderbird seems to trigger "edge-resistance" effects, so that after some seconds the mouse cursor is visible outside of the dragged window ( 1cm or more). When this "visually orphaned" mouse cursor touches an edge it trigges maximizing respectively half maximizing effects.
If you drag fast enough, also small windows loose their dragging mouse cursor.
I recognized this as regression at the start of this week and now use unity in the following version:
Architecture: amd64
Version: 4.22.0-0ubuntu3

Wild guess:
edge resistance is strongest with firefox, when dragging it to the top edge, as if the firefox window had a secret larger size, the visible size + menu?
