Windows: Georgian and Farsi Text cannot be entered

I cannot type any Farsi/Persian text inside the RedNotebook. Is it a bug? I am using Windows 7 and have Farsi keyboard language installed. Does Rednotebook support all languages? Does it support UTF-8?

I have two keyboard languages installed on my Windows 7, Persian and English. I cannot type Persian anywhere in RedNotebook. When I press a key to type Persian nothing happens while typing English is OK. Does RedNotebook support all languages or UNICODE (UTF8)?

Sorry, I cannot reproduce that bug. You might want to try searching for
"gtk farsi windows" or "gtk rtl windows". Also you could try running a
different GTK program on windows and see if it supports RTL/Farsi. If
that's the case I might be able to update the underlying GTK and
RedNotebook could deal with those languages as well.

I tried Pidgin and had the same problem. After some search It seems that it is GTK bug and it is new. Because I used Pidgin 2.5 in Persian and it was OK but it does not type Persian in 2.10.

Another user has the same issue with Georgian text, so setting this to confirmed.

Maybe this gets fixed when I update the gtk version in the installer.

No, it is OK. I am able to type Farsi/Persian in the application. (Note: I am using Windows 8 right now)
