when I plug in monitor into my laptop, the window order gets screwed up so stuff that should show up on the top doesn't. Like the application selector or dashboard.

Bug Description
This issue was not there in Beta 2. It now happens so I consider it a regression
Simply start the laptop without the xternal screen. Open a bunch of windows then plug the external monitor. Notice how when you press "alt+tab" you see the app selector behind the windows of the applications you opened. This is a big problem. since I can't switch between apps reliably.
