Bug Description
Radeon r600g (and maybe r300 and nouveau) driver in upstream mesa + xorg-video-* git have (partial) support for XvMC, Vdpau and VAAPI. Support can be enabled at compile time.

Enable HW video decoding support is needed only in mesa. Need to add additional mesa configure params: gallium- g3dvl --with- gallium- drivers= i915,i965, nouveau, r300,r600, svga,swrast --enable-xvmc --enable-vdpau --enable-va

No changes in xorg drivers are needed.
