Bug Description

Sometimes the panel just hangs. If I click on any of the indicators, the menu is transparent and hangs. Using top I can see that the unity-panel process uses over 100% of the CPU and I have to kill it.

Yes, I am using Skype, so that could be it. It only happens when I'm not connected to internet.
