Update port should be able to update more than just the state of the port

Bug Description
Currently the update port call takes a 'state' as its only argument (aside from network id and port id). In the future we may decide to have more attributes on ports and it would also be nice to be able to update data extension attributes. We should make this generic enough to handle by taking a params dictionary instead of just the new port state.
