cannot create an issues

in web, chrome, db with demo data, install project issues
- > no issues visible in list -> create a new one -> save :

Hello ,

when I create new issue and save it but not possible to save in web. In project issue if I did id field readonly ="1", after that possible to save project issue in web but if I press button clear and search the save record doesn't display in list view.
