Save function in CVpcb closes the application

Bug Description
This behavior is not expected. It makes me wonder if the files were actually saved or if it crashed while writing them. I am actually not sure what is the case here, but it seems to save fine.

This behavior can be disabled by checking "Preferences->Keep Open On Save". This should be the default behavior. You are not the first person to report a bug on this.
