Bug Description

this is a regression.
When there is only one minimized application left on the launcher, clicking does not restore the application.
How tho reproduce:
Open gnome-terminal by clicking on the launcher icon, do the same with firefox. Minimize gnome-terminal. Close firefox. The last application (gnome-terminal) gets left and right arrows. Click on the gnome-terminal icon: nothing happens. To restore your gnome-terminal, you have to open another application, so that the right arrow vanishes on gnome-terminal. Now it is possible again to restore your gnome-terminal:

Architecture: amd64
Version: 4.22.0-0ubuntu3

summary: - klicking on launcher icon does not restore minimized applicaton
+ clicking on launcher icon does not restore minimized application

the right arrow also vanishes in this case when clicking somewhere on the desktop, then the terminal can be restored. I regard this also as workaround. It should be impossible that both indicator arrows mark an icon that is NOT visible and that clicking on it does NOT restore the application.

i meant an icon that represents an application that is not visible

For me the right arrow seems to indicate the focus for an application in the launcher, so maybe the error is simply that a minimized application can get the focus.

this behavior is no more reproducible with newest unity from oneiric-proposed:

Architecture: amd64
Version: 4.22.0-0ubuntu3
