Bug Description
GNOME Do 0.8.3.1 / Ubuntu 10.04 / Files and Folders v.2.5
- Create a directory.
- Add it to the 'Indexed Folders' list of the 'Files and Folders Plugin'.
- Create an executable script inside this directory named 'mytestscript' containing the following:
#!/bin/bash
set > ~/bash_
#######
- Restart gnome do so that indexed path changes take effect.
- 1. execute ./mytestscript and look at the file: ~/bash_
- 2. execute mytestscript through gnome-do search, and look again at the file ~/bash_
The difference is that the environment has not been set correctly in case 2.
E.g. The $PATH variable has not been set correctly in case 2.
It is like the .bashrc was never executed.
