Bug Description
The embedded terminal display for the progress of an upgrade operation used to, when expanded initially, default to an appropriately sensible size (it looked as if it might be 80x20-something).
Now, it's defaulting to being just one row tall, by ~20 columns, which is far too small to effectively display anything.
