Bug Description

IndexData released version 1.14 of Net::Z3950::SimpleServer which has dependencies on yaz 4.1.x. As we have not yet tested the rest of the Evergreen stack with yaz 4.1.x, we should do the simplest possible thing for the current stable releases and pin the Net::Z3950::SimpleServer version to 1.12 (known to work with yaz 3.0.x).
