Bug Description

At the login screen having it set to ask you to login instead of setting it to auto login there is no option to select or set (once logged in) keyboard layout here.

For ex: I use Dvorak only, these are the settings in my desktop environment. At the login screen, I have to use qwerty. No option to switch layouts.

Previous Ubuntu releases acknowledge these settings at the login screen, and I think 11.04 if not then 10.10 even gives you the option to choose which layout you want to login with right from the login screen
