Bug Description
Top bar shadow not falling on restored windows that are partially off the top edge of the screen.
See attached screenshot "incorrect_
Desired Resolution:
- The top bar should cast shadows on restored windows that are partially off the top edge of the screen as shown in attached image "correct_
- The top bar should not cast shadows on restored windows that are 'snapped' to the bottom of the top bar. The top bar should only cast shadows on windows that are 'behind' the top bar.
