Bug Description

booted the machine from cold, left it for over an hour, on return, crash report was indicated on the desktop. Am running the OS from an 8gig flash and have had other failures possibly in conjunction with this type of install including the OS reporting a failure of installation when installing various bits of software, tho when looking thru the apps list am able to find and run them.
