When slides are in the foreground openlp reports "Error: No display item to ammend" in latest build

Bug Description
Ok in windows 7(don't know if it would happen in other OS's) i try to change the background to a video, and openlp refuses to change it, it does ocassionally change it but always reports the error "Error: No display item to ammend"
Steps:
1.) Send a item live
2.) Select a media item
3.) tell openlp by clicking on the icon for it in the media panel to replace live background
After doing so it reports "Error: No display item to ammend"

I cannot reproduce this bug. Can anybody else reproduce it?
@Joshua: Could you double check if you can reproduce as well as the steps to reproduce it.
