Bug Description

For some reason, the tabs in Midori (GTK3) are taller than in other apps.

This patch may require some cleanup, but it works. I can't see any site icon (favicons, if I recall correctly?), I don't know if it is related.

I don't see icons either. I suspect a bug in KatzeThrobber considering you can see the animation just fine.

I moved around the declarations and made GTK+ 2 also use a GtkRc snippet for consistency. As ugly as it is, it's easy to understand that way. Thanks!
