@Boris

It looks like one of your hard drives may be having an issue:

 sd 8:0:0:0: [sde] Unhandled sense code
[ 102.509103] sd 8:0:0:0: [sde] Result: hostbyte=DID_ERROR driverbyte=DRIVER_SENSE
[ 102.509107] sd 8:0:0:0: [sde] Sense Key : Hardware Error [current]
[ 102.509112] sd 8:0:0:0: [sde] Add. Sense: No additional sense information
[ 102.509115] sd 8:0:0:0: [sde] CDB: Read(10): 28 00 00 00 00 00 00 00 08 00
[ 102.509123] end_request: I/O error, dev sde, sector 0
[ 102.509128] quiet_error: 6 callbacks suppressed
[ 102.509130] Buffer I/O error on device sde, logical block 0

You may want to backup your system, and see if sde needs to be replaced.
