Bug Description

To promote participation in our i18n efforts we should provide an easy way to translate Mixxx in a foreign language.
Adding a "Translate this application" menu item to the help menu , like found in many apps on Linux, should send the user straight to the translation interface on launchpad.net.

Attached patch add a menu item which simply calls https://translations.launchpad.net/mixxx/trunk/+pots/mixxx

Tested and working with lp:mixxx r2876 on MacOS 10.6.8
