Thank you for your report.

Do you have both nautilus-open-terminal and ubuntuone-client-gnome installed?

If so, this would be a duplicate of bug 865115 and you could work around it by uninstalling one of the packages to work around this.

Then why don't you uninstall ubuntuone-client-gnome and keep
nautilus-open-terminal installed instead?

Ok, (I'm Newbie!). Uninstall the ubuntuone-client-gnome and install nautilus-open-terminal, as recommended and nautilus is ok. Ergo.... ubuntuone-client-gnome is the problem?
