sometime Dock won't come out when a window is maximized and with hit the left edge of the screen

sometime the Dock won't come out when a window is maximized and with hit the left edge of the screen.
The odd thing is that it appears randomly but more often, when a window is maximized. I work around this bug by changing the hide setting on CCSM and then reverting it to the previous state. Some others people ( in forum ) have lot out and log in again .
