Bots should not respond (incorrectly) to merge request URLs

Pasting a merge reques URL like e.g.https://code.launchpad.net/~gagern/bzr/bug842575-rm-resolve/+merge/78102 into a chat monitored by an ubuntu bot like ubot5, the bot will respond to that URL by posting details about bug 78102. Instead the bot should remain silent, until it had some valuable information to add. So as a first step, please have it ignore URLs containing “/+merge/”.
