no icon shown on launcher while sqlitebrowser is running

While sqlitebrowser is running, an empty slot appears on the launcher for it. This slot can be clicked to bring the sqlitebrowser window to the foreground. However, the slot shows no icon.

This problem also occurs in the Alt+Tab list.
