quassel crashes while opening

Summary: When I open quassel it crashes

Steps to reproduce:
1. enable accessibility and launch quassel ( from the command line type: export QT_ACCESSIBILITY=1 && quassel )

Expected results:
quassel opens and is usable

Actual results:
quassel crashes

Additional info:
Disabling accessibility fixes the issue ( from the command line type: export QT_ACCESSIBILITY=0 && quassel )

An apt-get upgrade fixed the problem

This is a bug when accessibility is enabled

Difficult bug to deal with since our Qt accessibility patches are
backports from Qt 4.8 and not part of the upstream 4.7. I doubt Quassel
upstream is going to deal with this.
