Bug Description
When I install any application, it starts to download then gives an error message saying :There seems to be a programming error in aptdaemon, The code source is:Traceback (most recent call last):

SystemError: E:I wasn't able to locate file for the oxygen-icon-theme package. This might mean you need to manually fix this package.
I did not load the oxygen-icon package.
