Bug Description
Latest version of Calibre, Windows Vista, syncing to Nook Color (latest firmware). Anytime I update my device using Calibre, all sideloaded books that were previously assigned to a shelf get erased. Purchased items are not affected.

When sending books to the NC all calibre does is copy files to the device. If
the NC then decides to erase your shelves, there isn't a whole lot that I can
do about it. You should report the issue to B&N.
