Bug Description

The following serialization parameters seem to be missing:

- escape_uri_attributes
- normalization_form

It must also be possible to pass the version parameter (e.g. http://www.w3.org/TR/xslt-xquery-serialization/#XML_VERSION) => the serialization must support different HTML, XML, and XHTML serialization versions. Respectively, the serializer must throw an error if it does not support the claimed version.
