importing a schema from another schema

Xerces does not process a schema that is imported from another schema. Example test:

w3c_update_testsuite/XQuery/ValLax/vallax-ins-005

xml.xsd must be included in the list of resolved URI's to xsd files.
I added code for update testdriver to loadProlog that does the import, but XQTS must be modified: - xml.xsd must be added and uri.txt must be modified to reference it.
