Bug Description
I've recently noticed something that looks like bug 128324 coming back with a vengeance: translation templates in Launchpad show an additional untranslated string for the translator credits.
* The translator credit string should be hidden from the translations UI, but it seems this is not the case with some templates now
* Also it should not count as an untranslated message, since it is translated automatically by Launchpad without human intervention
* The way the bug can be reproduced right now does not allow translators to have 100% translated packages, because they cannot modify the translations credit string.
Here are a couple of examples:

This seems to be a regression, although I do not know exactly when it started happening. I've noticed one string myself today and a translator has pointed another one out again just today, so it might be something recent.
Definitely sounds like a regression, though I don't think anyone has touched this area of code recently. Could have been sitting there unnoticed for a few months.
