When I lock screen and then unlock, the VPN/wireless list is missing.

The problem is maybe in gnome not in network manager itself. I use Ubuntu (customized) classic theme.

I noticed this today too, after I closed my lid and came to work this morning my VPN connections are not populated. I pressed "Fn + F2" to turn off and turn on wireless, but this did not fix it.
