Summit login doesn't match launchpad username

Bug Description
My launchpad user id is 'jk-ozlabs'.
Before my first UDS, I registered with the summit system, and somehow received the username 'jk-ozlabs2', as shown in the authentication info at the top of the site: "Logged in as: jk-ozlabs2".
It seems that this different login ID does not have the credentials that I have been assigned in launchpad (I am a member of ~uds-organisers, but that doesn't seem reflected in the summit interface), so I am unable to schedule sessions.
Also, but less important, the summit system does not notice that I am registered for the upcoming UDS.
