Please accept the new upstream of libtelepathy:

 * Remove useless debug message (fix #10044)
 * Add ChatState interface
 * Add ClearAvatar method
 * Add GetLocalPendingMembersWithInfo method

As I don't see a debian/changelog in the diff, did you actually package the new upstream version and test it? could you please attach a buildlog?

yes, daniel tells the true, i've uploaded it yesterday in Debian unstable, the changelog looks like:

  * New upstream release.
