HTTP service checker ignores query string

Bug Description

The HTTP checker ignores query strings in the url parameter, so instead of checking
"/page.php?id=2" it checks "/page.php", which may be a very different page.

or actually, it was rebased onto the 3.9.x branch, so Ole Martin will see duplicates when he does his next pull
